30 - 35 hours/week (depending on 19 Carter event schedule)
Job Duties:
- Assist with the coordination of events and activities at 19 Carter
- Work with volunteers during open hours, special events, and private rentals
- Work with Operations Manager on building and grounds
- Provide administrative assistance for marketing and fundraising activities
Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite as well as database software experience
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to prioritize tasks in a changing environment
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Must use discretion and ensure confidentiality with respect to staff, volunteers, and patrons alike
Preferred:
- Experience working with volunteers
- Experience managing events
